Opportunity for interpretation
Most Thai women speak simple and basic English and a lot speak it well. But there are differences in language proficiency levels between women living in Bangkok and in the provinces. The need for interpretation at dates does not only arise when you or the Thai women feel the need for more freedom to speak and understand to a high level of detail. Also the women might ask for interpretation in order to feel secure and appear calm during the date. This is because Thai women are eager not to “lose face”.
Our team of experienced interpreters are trained in on-location interpretation. They possess great integrity and are bound by confidentiality between the couple and herself.
By request Bangkok Life Partners provides interpretation at very reasonable hourly rates.

As soon as a potential client or Thai woman signs up for one of our membership levels our compliance team starts verifying the information provided. This is done by checking e-mails, reviewing personal information such as age, photos etc. as well as checking profiles for inappropriate language, authenticity and motivations for finding a partner abroad and in Thailand.
We invite every potential member to our office for a chat to verify each person’s identification and also to sense all individuals. Only after the verification process does the profile receive the green “Verified by BPL” badge.
But the process does not end at this stage. We monitor profiles and communicate on a continuous basis and make sure that there are no scammers among our clientele. And we monitor that all members keep a good dialogue with mutual respect, no sexual harassment or passing the lines of individuals. This is indeed important for both men and women as it is in everyday life and it is our guarantee of successful matchmaking and dates.

Zero tolerance policy
Bangkok Life Partners do not accept degrading or abusive communication or actions towards Thai women. Communication and interaction should be carried out with respect and with consideration that Thai culture is different to any other western country.
We do not accept sexually abusive or degrading language or actions. Bearing in mind that Thai women often hesitate to clearly say “no” but rather decline in a more indirect manner, please accept that there are relation boundaries that do not appear clearly as in western cultures e.g. when it comes to public display of affection, sexual activity and openness to talk about certain topics.
Please contact your dating consultant should you be in doubt or if something is unclear in your communication with Thai women during your dating period. We will do everything to advise you.
We stress that we are an agency that facilitates respectful relation building between carefully verified individuals. And we do not facilitate any sexual services to our clients or to Thai women.
Refund policy
As soon as your selection of preferred Thai women has been made, our team commences the task of contacting each and every lady and presenting your profile to them for consideration. This work is time consuming but necessary to achieve best results. In view of this, we cannot refund once this process has been set in motion. We fully appreciate that plans change and unexpected events can prevent the customer from fulfilling their side and are perhaps forced to cancel a trip, and for this we allow a postponement of up to 2 years in order to facilitate a scheduled return.
Data protection and privacy
Bangkok Life Partner never communicates Thai women or western men’s full names, contact information i.e. e-mail address, Line-ID, phone numbers etc. Contact information provided when signing up for membership is strictly for our facilitation of contact and communication between male members and Thai women.
We only use first names in all correspondence and communication with women and men. This is a precaution for men and women’s full identity to be kept anonymous until they choose to reveal names or nicknames themselves.
Contact information is solely provided by Thai women and western men themselves at the point of or after the first physical meeting (and not through Bangkok Life Partners). The Thai woman may choose not to give that information before or after the first date should she be in doubt of whether she wants to continue communicating.
